REGISTRATION
Once you have completed the registration form for one of the courses and confirmed your participation, you will be automatically enrolled.

PAYMENT
After completing your registration, Bitaliano will send you an invoice by email (unless you have received a gift voucher).

Payment for the entire course or training programme must be made before the start of the course or training programme.

For participants in group courses, payment can be made in two instalments: the first before the start of the course and the second halfway through the course.

Once payment has been made, you will be officially enrolled.

CANCELLATION
You may cancel your enrolment 15 days before the start of the course to obtain a full refund. 

Those enrolled in group courses/training who are unable to attend one or more lessons are not entitled to a refund for the missed lessons or to make them up.

Cancellation or change of schedule during the course is only possible in the case of individual lessons.

Cancellation or rescheduling of an individual lesson must be made 24 hours before the start of the lesson. In all other cases, the lesson is non-refundable.

PHOTOS

Photographs of students may be used in our promotional and advertising materials, unless the student expressly objects. Bitaliano reserves the right to use all photographs in any way it deems appropriate to promote its business, and the copyright of all photographs belongs to Bitaliano.

RULES OF CONDUCT
Bitaliano reserves the right to expel students in the event of flagrant or continued misconduct and/or disruptive behaviour without any refund of fees paid. Expelled students are NOT entitled to any REFUND of fees paid. This policy is FINAL. Bitaliano does not tolerate disrespect towards anyone in its group courses, therefore any racist, sexist or disrespectful comments towards the religion or social status of others will result in the expulsion of those who violate this rule.
